Anyone there? 
Hey, my beautiful watchers that probably don't care about me anymore. How's things goin'? I hope well!
It's been a long while didn't it? I'm sorry, I didn't intend to disappear like that. In fact, I didn't. I'm being very active on my other account Asante-Sana (without ever using lineart, yay!), so if you still remember me, watch me there! I'll be happy to talk with everyone again.
Now you wonder, why, Horsie, did you suddendly move to other account and didn't even tell us? Well, the thing is that I didn't intend to make that my main account. I still wanted to re-work Asante's Story. In fact, I will. It's just that it's a project on hold for a while, because I'm in a crossroads regarding the story. You see, I wanted it to be a unique story. Not just the TLK-like-pride-kingdom-oh-look-it's-a-TLK-OC one. As in, I like the tweaks of Kira's and Saka's prides (rival prides built solely with one gender of cat), and the Trader concept. But when it comes to Asante's Story itself, I don't know exactly what to do with her pride. I want to keep the main plots, but make it more unique. I just didn't find a way to make this happen yet.
So yes, I'm still very much active! I'm mostly roleplaying, but I'm also working on another story (still on the basic concepts and not uploaded yet), along with the Asante project ^_^ Oh, yes, if anyone has any interesting ideas for the story, let me know! I'd love to pick up this project, it's very dear to me and I improved so much with it.

As the people that watch my other account Asante-Sana know, the reason for my absence was because I was studying hard to pass to the hardest subject here in Brazil's colleges: medicine. It's extremely hard to pass but... I did. God, I just fount out I did! *cries*

Not on that exam I told you about though! The national exam's results are only uploaded by Janurary 2014, but I made this other exam for a private college three days ago (why I was absent the last week) and the results came out today!
I didn't even know I had passed guys! I came in for school and there were these 3 people all around me saying 'congrats Annie, you passed!' And I thought they were kidding me! My face was completely WTF?! And then this classmate showed me his phone and the picture was there and I PASSED IN 4th PLACE!

Oh, thanks so freakin' much to everyone who wished me luck! Even if this is a different exam I didn't have the time to thank you, which made me feel awful :C So thank you thank you thank you!
The thing is that the college is about 4,000 reais / 2,000 dollars per month! It's very expensive, so I'm still hoping to pass on the national exam (the colleges are public so I wouldn't need to pay) BUT WHATEVER I ALREADY HAVE SOMETHING GUARANTEED!

Updates on Asante's Story (Important!)

So, I know I've been quite down on the story lately, well, in the past year. I kinda lost the motivation to work on it, and I couldn't understand why. Then it hit me: It got too complicated, so many characters interacting with each other, that the story turned into a collection of small info in each character that never told enough of them.
The other problem, one that's more touchy and harder to talk about, is the fact that I'm not working on it alone. oCrystalArt's characters, especially, take a lot of the story, but Mikaces's and Firewolf-Anime's as well. And because I love them and their characters, I'm always trying to add them to main plot, and this is making tit so damn complicated that I think that if I continue with it I'll end up giving up, and that's NOT something I want to do. I'm not kicking you guys out of the story, no! It wouldn't be half of what it is without you!
But, I made up my mind that I'll re-do the whole thing. It started as something small, just for fun, and to practice my skills in writing in English. And I improved so much, I can say I'm fluent on the language. I want to write it the right way, I want to explore the cubhood and adolescence of my characters, and choose just a few of my secondary characters and tell their stories, I want to choose which designs I like the most and add them the story, and not use them just because I adopted them and I'll feel guilty if I don't use them.
Which means some characters will get a complete revamp, others will be completely deleted. It's the only way I found to keep the story focused on Asante and Marcus.
An example: Kisha. Dude, I hate her design. So I'll most likely change her. In fact, I'll use Sparrow, a lioness give to me by the lovely 
keaton:, one that I really love. Which means Kisha and her mate, Mheetu, are just going to disappear. May use their designs somewhere else, maybe not. So Sparrow would originally be called Kisha, but after her hunting skills are shown when she proves to be excellent in hunting sparrows(the story is set in a ficcional environment that resembles Africa but is NOT Africa. So the prey isn't just african animals), she starts to be called Sparrow, and stay so for the rest of her life.

The other thing, the one that relates to my fellow friends who have characters in my story, especially Kimmy... Well, I just can't have all of them related to the main story. So some of them, such as Cas, won't appear on the main plot. He CAN still be Marcus' son and such, but I won't introduce him on the story. Which means, in a way, he could be considered semi-canon in this universe I work on. I can still work and write the story on separated pictures that will be featured on a separated folder, but officially he's not in the story. Same goes for who bought characters in that set of cubs from Asante and Marcus. When I do their reff sheets, they'll have the name of the cubs listed as official and unnoficial, which doesn't mean the character is not truly related to them, only that it doesn't appear on the main plot line.
Ex: Marcus
Cubs: Ainisha (official), Cas (unnoficial)
I'm kinda sorry I can't add them to the real plot, but... I can't deal with so many characters. It's overwhelming. Kimmy, Mika, Jackie, shoot me a note so that I can explain better if I didn't make myself clear! 
And lastly, I want to have control of my story. With more than one person working on it, chapters get uploaded without my knowledge and... Well, I always considered the story as mine, and I still wanted it to be mine. I want Marcus to be the biggest guy ever, even if he doesn't have a heart disease. I want Asante to be the tiniest lioness ever. I never felt confortable with small details such as those escaping my control 
Which DOES NOT mean Angel and Kai can't be the biggest and smallest cats in Kimmy's universe. Just in MINE, they won't Dx Of course, Kimmy, we can discuss it better in the notes! 
I don't want to mess with your characters, nor make you angry, as if you're being left out of the important planning. But that's exacly what I mean. I have the feeling that I'm leaving you out of the important decisions concerning the story and... Well, this wasn't meant to happen :/ I mean, Kai's story, you know, her problems, the Trader issue with the cub stealing, all of this is very cool and I LOVE IT, but I can't bring myself to do it. It's too much. And I wanted to work on each part of it carefully without having to worry so much with what I'll do and in what it'll effect your characters. Not going to cut Kai out, if that's what you're thinking xD She's way too cool for that!

To Mika, only the thing with Shade/Makenna would be considered a side-story/unnoficial story. The thing with Raz and Eran will continue to be official
And to Jackie, I won't take Sana out of the story. But maybe her return, her meeting with her parents when she's older will have to be a side-story as well :3

PS: I'll probably work on the new storyline only by the end of the year. I want to work on it at my own pace, even though no one's been pressing me to get it done, I keep feeling pressured, leaving people down. Which takes us back to the point that I want the storyline to be mine :/
PPS: I'll scrap the whole story as soon as I have computer internet. As well as all the old pictures I hate /:
